Currently On View: JAX Chamber

I’m excited to share that new works on paper featuring Icky. are now on view at the JAX Chamber in downtown Jacksonville!

Icky. is a recurring twelve-year-old character from Pikin., my body of work on Black girlhood. Through her, I explore how the places we grow up shape what we notice, what we carry, and where we feel safe.

If you’re downtown, stop by and spend a little time with Icky.
